Shipping and Returns
Returns and Exchanges:
Paste wants you to love what you bought! If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund (minus your initial shipping charge). All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Purchases from one of our in-store locations, must be returned/exchanged there.
Do not send back without doing the following (we will not be responsible for any refund or exchange if you do so): Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and send it back.
If the item is defected, please email email@example.com first to receive different shipping instructions.
If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Offer is subject to change without notice.
US Domestic (excluding Hawaii and Alaska): UPS Ground Rates
International (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada): $11.95
International Shipping Policy:
International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. Paste is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and cannot be determined ahead of time by Paste. We cannot mark international orders as a “gift” to bypass/reduce any of these charges. This is an illegal practice, and something we will not do as an established business.
